Long Woven Wraps are beautiful and functional from infancy through toddlerhood. Wraps can be adjusted in many different carries to suit the wearer and baby/toddler's comfort and needs. Versatile and strong, the same wrap will fit people of various sizes and silhouettes. A woven wrap is always a good choice, no matter the baby's age, weight, or stage of development - all you need to do is choose the carry that will work best for you. You can try ‘tummy-to-tummy,’ hip, and back carries.

-Front carry- facing in: From birth. Rated minimum weight: 6.6lbs. Premature infants - consult a physician prior to use.
-Front carry- facing out (forward facing), hip carry, and back carry: Suitable when child has sufficient head and trunk control to maintain an open airway, usually around 4-6 months. Indicators can include the child being able to tripod sit or the caregiver naturally placing the child on the hip to carrry.

Print Description - Gorgeous Ombre Green pattern goes from dark teal at the bottom of the carrier up to a light blue-green at the top of the panel in a beautiful herringbone weave. As you can see in the close-up wrap photos, the green threads are woven with black at the base, then various shades of grey, then white at the top of the panel, to give a beautiful illusion. Soft, strong, beautiful.
Pattern reversible - Yes. This wrap does not have a "correct" pattern direction up and down.
Pattern reversed - Yes. The opposite side of the wrap is the opposite weave colors. This helps with learning. The reverse is subtle.
Different rail colors - Yes. The top and bottom rails are different colors. This helps with learning.

If this is your first wrap, we recommend starting with your base size and a base -2 (2 sizes smaller than your base size). For fancy finishes or for carrying children 1 yr or older, choose your base +1 (1 size larger than your base size). See description of base size estimates below.
All wraps are 23.5-27.5" / 60-70cm wide.
Size 4/XS is 3.9yds / 3.6m long - a common base -2 size
Size 5/S is 4.6yds / 4.2m long - a common base size for those in XS/S t-shirts, base -2 for those in XL/2XL t-shirts
Size 6/M is 5yds / 4.6m long - the most common base size, typical for those in M/L t-shirts
Size 7/L is 5.7yds / 5.2m long - the second most common base size, most common base +1 size for fancy finishes. Typically a good base size for those in XL/2XL t-shirts
