Shipping policy
All items are in-stock in our North Carolina warehouse unless marked as a pre-order. That means your items get to you that much faster! =)
Shipping is free on orders over $200 to US addresses.
Shipping is a flat rate $12.99 for orders less than $200.
Shipping rates to Canada and Australia are calculated based on address.
Most items ship within 2-3 business days. We start processing right away and cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays from North Carolina.
Items marked as pre-order are expected to ship within 4-6 weeks. Please reach out prior to ordering with any questions.
First in Line orders (orders with the First in Line add-on) are pulled prior to any other orders for that day. Please note that regardless of shipping speed, we can only prioritize processing time on First in Line orders. Please select First in Line along with an expedited shipping service (if available) if you need your order as soon as possible.
If you need something to arrive by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can confirm that we are able to accommodate your request.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for errors in shipping address. We strongly recommend double checking your address prior to ordering. If you find an error after ordering, you can correct this yourself without needing to contact us, so long as your order has not yet shipped. To do this, simply head to the Order Confirmation page linked in your order confirmation email and you will see the available editing options.
Shipping Service Options
Here are the differences between shipping services. Please remember orders take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipping and then shipping speeds can vary. Estimates at checkout are estimates. If timing is urgent, please place your order and leave a note at checkout, then send us a chat message via the link on this page or email us at contact@mama-roo.com right away. In your message, let us know your order number and what day you need to have your item in-hand. We will respond with available options and will send an invoice if needed for the shipping upgrade to get your item to you in time. All items ship from North Carolina.

USPS Priority Mail - Calculated rates - Currently available to Hawaii and other non-continental shipping addresses as a reasonable option for reasonable shipping speeds of about a week after processing time
UPS 2nd Day Air(R) - Calculated rates - Estimated delivery in 2 business days once processed and shipped from our warehouse and pick up by UPS. UPS shipments do not move on weekends or holidays, per UPS policy
UPS Next Day Air(R) - Calculated rates - Guaranteed delivery by UPS in 1 business day once processed and shipped from our warehouse and picked up by UPS. UPS shipments do not move on weekends or holidays, per UPS policy
After your order is placed
Once your order is placed, we start to process immediately. Any changes must be communicated via messenger (see chat on this page) or email (contact@mama-roo.com) as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee that orders can be modified or cancelled once placed. We cannot modify or cancel First in Line orders. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As of Dec 2024, we are offering international shipping to Canada and Australia via calculated rates. We do deliver to US international military and related address (APO, FPO, etc). Please note that delays can be substantial for international shipping due to circumstances outside of our control.

Orders that can be shipped internationally will be subject to customs and duties fees as applicable. These will be paid by the customer and will be issued to you separately by the shipping carrier. Refusal to pay these fees will result in nondelivery.
Customs can be relatively minor, but customs has the right to withhold delivery. Wait times of up to 8 weeks at customs can be considered normal. If there appears to be a hold on your item in customs, please confirm you have paid any duty taxes owed. We will assist in any way we can, but we have no control over customs processes and are not responsible for these delays or fees.
