Finding Your base size

What is base size?

Base size is the length you can comfortably tie off a Front Wrap Cross Carry, which is the carry we recommend learning first. For most caregivers, this is size 6. Plus size caregivers may find a size 7 is a better base size, and petite caregivers may find a size 5 works best.

Gorgeous Fall wrap

I love the feel and design of this wrap! I use it for back carry for my 15 month old and front carry for my infant (one at a time). I can't wait to order another carrier, once my littles are a bit older.

Thank you so much for your review, and for your beautiful photos! So sweet to see! Let us know if you want any tips on tandem wearing, too =). Can't wait to see what you choose for your next carrier - it will be stunning. Thank you again! Let us know if we can help with anything, and have a lovely day! -Alexandra, Founder, Mama & Roo's

First woven

Absolutely gorgeous and sturdy. I've been eyeing wovens for my 14 month old for... like 10 months honestly. Relying on stretchy wraps and SSB carriers as well as ring slings. So excited to explore wrapping and this feels safe and reliable as well as being beautiful and a good gsm so I'm not boiling.

Thank you so much for your review! We're so glad you decided to go for it and jump into the wonderful world of woven wraps. This is an amazing gsm- a gorgeous wrap texture and strength, but so thin. We love it, and we're so glad that you, too! If you'd like any more tips for using your new wrap, definitely check out the articles in our journal here: https://mama-roo.com/blogs/gentle-pregnancy-and-parenting. Or, feel free to email us and we'll provide you some tips one-on-one as well! Thank you again, and have a wonderful day! -Alexandra, Founder, Mama & Roo's

Grandmother approved!

I bought the wrap for my daughter and grandson. I wish I would have been exposed to baby wearing 30 years ago. I’m learning and hopefully will be using the wrap when I babysit. Beautiful product that is loved by both mother and baby!!!

Thanks so much for your review! We love helping grandparents wear their grandbabies- it's such a special experience! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any pointers, we're happy to help. So glad you, mom, and baby are all enjoying it - this is one of my favorite wraps <3. Thank you again, and have a wonderful day!

Super convenient

It is so simple to use and very comfortable. This is my first long woven wrap but I’m quite comfortable babywearing with stretchy wraps, ring slings, SSCs, hip carriers…. This is a great addition to my collection as #3 is coming and #1 is 35lbs but still is carried fairly regularly. I’m glad I’ve finally gotten one but I do wish I had just started out with a woven wrap. It’s a pity that the loudest message to new moms seems to be that they are difficult. They aren’t.

Thanks so much for your review! Congratulations on baby #3, what a blessing. We love long woven wraps for so many reasons! We're so glad you gave this one a try and are loving it =). Next time you'll have to try a different size, weave, or fabric type and unlock some new adventures! Thanks so much, again. Let us know if there's anything we can do for you, and have a wonderful day!

So Soft! 🤩

Helpful Info:
5’8, normally a small t-shirt, almost 2 year old. Wrap size: small (front wrap cross carry, enough room to double tie but not much of a tail)

Absolutely in love! This is our first woven wrap and it’s so supportive! And of course the pattern is gorgeous. ;) Also very excited to try the wrap out with our sling rings!

Thank you so much for your sweet photo and helpful review! We're so glad you're enjoying your carrier with your little one! Let us know if you need any ideas for your sling rings, we love sharing fun ideas =). Thank you again! Have a wonderful day =).
