Finding Your base size

What is base size?

Base size is the length you can comfortably tie off a Front Wrap Cross Carry, which is the carry we recommend learning first. For most caregivers, this is size 6. Plus size caregivers may find a size 7 is a better base size, and petite caregivers may find a size 5 works best.

Better than my ssc

I just got my long woven wrap 2 days ago and love it! It’s more comfortable than my ssc and has taken pressure off my lower back. Going back and ordering a second in a different size to try different wrapping styles today!

Love at first wear

This is my third child, but my first experience really getting into baby wearing. Once I felt I mastered a stretchy wrap, I took a plunge and decided to purchase my first woven, pictured here. My experience with Mama&Roo couldn’t have been easier, and the wrap was on my doorstep 5 business days after placing the order.

The colors are even more vibrant and stunning than the online listing, and the material is incredibly soft yet durable. After watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to try my 7.5 week out in a front wrap cross carry, and was stunned at how simple it was…took a little patience and definitely will have a learning curve, but she was snug as a bug in a rug in here and fell right to sleep. I can tell she will definitely be able to use this for a long time, too, as the fabric is absolutely strong enough to last us for years to come.

I hope to become an expert with woven wraps and maybe some days see my future grandchildren carried in this stunning design. So thrilled with my purchase, I will be back!

Long pastels woven wrap

I love this wrap! Great for summer carries. This fabric is soft and floppy making it easier for tie offs and tightening.

Love

We love the vibrancy and the feeling of this woven wrap. I was super intimidated by wraps but it's seriously perfect. The thickness isn't much of an issue but I can definitely see the allure of a thinner wrap for learning.
