love our hip carrier it is saving my arms every day with my hip loving baby. also mama & too’s customer service team amazing! I purchased a hip sling, out of excitement of it being on the hope page, then noticed a day or so later that they had other colors.. I reached out to them and they were able to switch my order to the color I preferred before shipping my order out! it was a seamless switch out. i’d highly recommend this brand to anyone! we also plan to and can’t wait to order an onbuhimo carrier!

It’s been over a week and no response to my missing items. I only received 1 of 3 items - missing almost $175 in items. Very frustrating. Horrible communication.

Thank you for reaching out and leaving an honest review. I took a look at what happened with your order. It looks like Jessi replied to your initial email regarding missing items right away. She then forwarded the photos you sent to the warehouse right away, where a claim was started for you. I can see that Jessi made notes multiple times on your order in the week that followed to get updates from the warehouse and confirm the status of your replacement items.

Where we failed is that we did not communicate to you all of the things we were doing in the backend to assist you. I will talk with Jessi about the importance of following up with the customer consistently after the initial interaction, as I can understand this is frustrating.

According to our process, we need to re-ship items in the case of missing or lost items. However, you still had the right and ability to make a return in the return window for your returnable items, which looks to have closed 9 days after rec

This wrap is perfect for us!! I have 3 boys, 11yrs, 2yrs and 4 months. I wear this wrap with the little babies and it frees my hands up for time with my oldest baby!! It’s comfortable, we get a little sweaty in there but it’s not overwhelmingly hot. The fabric is very nice and we love the Dino pattern. ❤️
