Getting a good seat in your baby carrier - Quick Tip

Sometimes it's easier to show than tell!

Watch Mama & Roo's babywearing educator Amanda adjust her baby in the seat of her LennyLight.

Notice how she:

-Holds the waistband firm, keeping the waistband front straight up and down and not angled with her body

-Relieves the pressure of baby on the seat as much as possible by lifting her child up and off the waistband

-Lifts her child out into the panel

-Re-tightens the waistband now that the child is out where we want them to be

-Checks for knee-to-knee support and smooths anything that needs it

-Verifies her child's body position is in a natural, age-appropriate curve that's supported and in the panel, not on the waistband

We want our little one to be in the panel, not sitting on top of the waistband, for the best fit and comfort in a buckle waist carrier.
