-Kwanzaa (12/22 delivery)
-New Year's (12/29 delivery)
Please note:
- UPS® packages do not move or deliver on weekends
- USPS packages do not deliver on Sundays
- Estimates include processing time and a buffer for expected holiday shipping season delays
- Items ship Tuesdays and Thursdays. Due to holiday volume, some shipments may be delayed to the next regularly scheduled ship date
- First in Line shipments will ship first on any given processing day (Learn more about First in Line service by tapping here.)
- If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, add 1-3 business days to all estimates
- If shipping internationally, contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping dates. Please note we are only shipping internationally to US military/diplomat addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) and to Canada at this time

You may be asking, why are these dates so early?
Normally, most orders from Mama & Roo's are delivered within a week or so. But, during the holidays we often see much longer timeframes from shipping carriers. The dates in this guide are our best faith estimates to make sure your package arrives in time. All orders are subject to our 1-3 day processing time and will ship on our scheduled ship dates of Tuesdays and Thursdays. What about pre-orders?
We cannot guarantee any pre-orders will be delivered before January. We will ship pre-orders as soon as they arrive, on our regularly scheduled ship dates of Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions on the status of your pre-order item.
