It sucks

It sucks and I took the tags off so I can’t return it. The shoulder straps just ride up and don’t stay on. It’s uncomfortable and not worth the money!

Bummed out

I ordered my carrier and hood a month advance for a trip. It barely came in on time and once i received it, i guess my 30 day return was almost at end from when it shipped. I then realized that the carrier is too small, reached out to customer service only for them to say i cant exchange or refund and need to resell. So its unfortunate.
