We'll start shipping completed orders from this batch in our next packing round - hooray! The goal was to have these in-hand by Easter, and these should definitely get there.

Usually we have a better invoice system to check things in, but exclusives don’t have barcodes, so we’ve got to do it manually =). That’s okay!
In the video above, you’ll watch John open the package up and check the “white sticker of truth” on each item. Each item has both a white sticker - including important information like the SKU, lot number, and other details - and a cardboard tag that is manually marked at the factory before packing to head out to us! The manuals inside have the same white sticker as the cardboard tag to keep everything consistent.
When a cardboard tag's manual marking disagrees with the sticker, we double check just in case. The white sticker has never failed us- that's what tell their sewists and warehouse employees what to make and where, and it's made for each batch as it's being produced. But, we still always verify that things make sense before we mark them as received and put them in bins in our warehouse. Then we'll pull them from our categorized bins to ship to you!
As you can see, there are multiple steps in the process from LennyLamb to get items approved and out the door- and then we verify each item as well. We rarely have errors in shipping because of these systems.
John’s been packing these carriers long enough that he can usually tell just by feel what the item is! We've caught several mistakes this way - experience is a great teacher.
Our exclusive had some special one-of-a-kind items, so we gave him a little extra work this roung! It’s worth it, though, to bring these beauties to you.
