A special order is an item that we do not have listed on the website, but we can order from our manufacturers. 

Please fill out all of the product information boxes on this page then use the orange "add to cart" below the options to make your purchase. 

Once you have added it to your cart, you should see all of the information that you filled in. If that information is not there, we will not see it either. 

If everything is filled out properly, we will email you an invoice for the product you wish to purchase. 

 If for some reason there is a technical difficulty we will email you to request the information we still need within 2 business days. 

 If we cannot order the product we will cancel your order and refund you the $25 fee.

We will order any product listed on the website, for free, to fit your body. It must be a product listed on mama-roo.com to be a valid free order.

Please give a detailed list of which webbing you need to have and how long you want it to be. We do recommend adding an extra 5+ inches so you have a little extra if needed.

Ringsling orders - Will be ordered to 2.1meters long.
